updating layout and header styles.

I updated the layout of the site and did some style changes for the
header area.

I updated some styles and made a partial

I made the reservation function a partial since it will be on the front
and interior pages.  I have a ways to go.

I added the reservation

I added the reservation code to the frontpage.php

Copy and pasting

I am copying and pasting some things from the old site to the new theme
I'm working on and updating along the way.
