Members only section, fixed posts separation

Members only section is now functional, with a proper top-bar. The
default posts page was malfunctioning and not showing any posts.
Now it will display any post tagged 'default'.

Glm associate list pages now have a parameter added to their link
to detail pages, 'entity_template', which index.php will detect
if set, and retrieve the entity_template if so. This way the member
and event detail pages can still use the template of the list page
they originate from.

Overhauled the way the entity template retrieval

- The way of retrieving the right entity template is significantly
simplified (and vastly improved) and now get_entity_template() is
used as well as is_entity_landing_page(). As a result straggler
pages (without a designated entity parent) are easily given the
'default' template.
- The sidebar has been fixed and should show up (or not) as
expected, on no-sidebar templates and GLM Associate required pages
alike.
- The navigation lib file has been fixed, allowing for proper
sidemenu items even on pages without an entity parent.

I made blog adjustments.

I forgot to double check the blog.  I made the slight adjustment I
thought it needed.

I updated the dropdown styles.

I added some contidional styles to the entities.scss for the first two
nav items that may have a dropdown menu.  They now work the same way as
the front page navigation I believe.

I made some style changes for the interior pages dropdown navigation and I updated the cvb's background to be a light green istead of the blue.

I added event styles to the entities file.  It should be more or less
wrapped up.  But there are some things that pose a problem.

I found out the class names of in the entities file were wrong.  I went
in and put the correct class names in for those that had the wrong
class.

style relocation

I relocated the import of the entities to take effect after everything
else.  And I moved the styles from the slideshow that applied to them
into it as well.
