Decreasing horizontal padding on grid view sublinks

Fixing the sublink separator on grid view

The | character was being included in the hover underline on the
front grid view. With different css, this should not happen.

member detail phone replace recognises spaces

The code to replace phone number separation characters on the
member detail front previously replaced all spaces with the set
delimiter as well. Now it's smarter!

Phone nums trimmed, separation character replaced

- Trimmed the spaces from phone numbers on the front views using
jQuery.
- Replaced the phone number separation character with whatever is
setin the admin side management.

MembList Filler Images Stop Showing When Told To

On the member list, filler images were still in the background
even if there was an image to display. This was so that they could
ensure a uniform size. Styles are now changed so that this is no
longer necessary.

Phone infix and default state added in mgmt

- Phone separator character can now be customised in admin
management.
- Default state selection can now be set in the admin side.

Testing fix for 404s on detail pages

Cleaned up parentheses in require and include statements.
* Fixed member search on members dashboard page. Checked for other similar issues.
* Removed old form content from member edit template. No longer used.
* Comented out editing of credit cards and front-end display of credit cards. Management fields related to credit cards still remain.
* Added ability to set a minimum value for the top of the Y axis on graphs.
* Set a minimum Y axis top for bandwidth a click-through/detail views graphs.
* Removed mouseover effects for images in the member info edit page. Could not get I.E. to behave with this.

Amenity should only show on the form if it has been added to the
shortcode.

Update the amenity groups

If there's no groups assigned to the member short code then don't

Version bump

Added top-offset for member detail package zoom

Added a top-offset option for adding extra space if you zoom to a
package on member detail pages, after clicking the packages link,
just in case of a sticky header (like on this site). The value can
be set in management, like the floating search distance from top.

Removed test code; admin mgmnt featured checkbox

There was still a boolean value printed before the featured
checkbox in the admin management for member edit info page. This
has been removed.

Added featured member functionality. Set in management.

The GLM_MEMBERS_WORDPRESS_PLUGIN_PATH parameter already has a / at the end, but
it was being followed by an added / causing // to occur.

The text search was vulnerable to double quote marks in members names.
Now filtering those out.

Refractor the shortcode builder code into model.

If the member descr fields have embeded videos there is now a script
under the management>videos section that will transfer youtube url into
the video field of the member_info table. It will also delete the iframe

Improved phrasing when there is only 1 member with an iframe

Iframe videos are now deleted from the description field in admin

Whenever a video is taken from the iframe in the description field,
it is now deleted from it after the video_url is updated.

Show error message if no member detail video found

If a video is not found for a member, show a "video not found"
error on the member detail section instead of just the default
blank video box

Putting this code into a branch for Laury. Video ember code transfer.

This code will transfer the embed youtube code from the descr field in
the member_info table to the video_url field and delete the iframe code
from the descr.
So far it is finding the code and parsing out the youtube embed id.
