I am making progress

I have started to work on the front page and added a bit of styling to
the topbar.

I am trying to make the layout I have set up for the header work with
the styles I have made to match the psd.

I am working on the header area still.  I am currently working on the
navigation styles at the moment.  Will work on the main container next.

I am working on the different styles and improving the header area.

a few style changes

I updated the header link color.  The dark gray color Collins has in the
design notes to my knowledge.

fiddling with styles

I worked with the styles to try and make thing flow together at first.

adding the new graphics

I am pushing the graphics that I mentioned in the last commit to git.  I
didn't add them correctly.

I am beginning layout

I am starting to work on some of the layout of the site.  I only have
the header layout finished thus far.  I also added some graphics I was
missing at first to the assets folder.

I added the graphics I need and I also added a chunk of the styles that
are listed in the notes.
