adding placeholder sprites

I added some placeholder sprites for the action items.

I updated the price table style

I changed the price table style from green to red.

I updated responsive styles

I updated some of the main responsive styles for tablet and phone.
Intead of the green that was with bpla, I switched to the blue.

I updated the header styles

I updated the styles for the smaller header sizes to make them legable.

I made quite a few updates

I added a navigation to the footer and I restyled a lot of things.  It
is a long list of the changes.

updating with placeholders

I updated parts of theme that would use graphics with placeholder images
and a possible temporary logo.

removed an unneeded page template.

I removed a page template that is no longer needed.

I added a title bar

I added the title bar to the interior page.

I have the front and interior layout setup

I have everything set up in theory.  I have a sample of what the site
will look like in concept at the moment.  It isn't exactly like Beards
Brewry, but it is really close.

I updated the header area to meet what's expected.

I updated the header area to meet the thoughts of what it should look
like.  I was having a bit of an issue with the top bar nav, but I think
it is mostly fixed.

I made more progress

I updated a chunk of the layout.  The topbar is in the header and I
relocated the tab bar to the off canvas partial.  I also added the
action items to the front page.

I made a bit further progress with layout

I have a chunk of the layout handled and I added the menus to the assets
folder of the theme.  Plus, I have the headers and nav styles in place.

I am making a slow start

I have a slow start going on.

I added the graphics that are needed.  Also I updated the theme name an
added the prefered font mentioned in the task.
