updating the header

I am updating the header to work for the quick site.

I did some style updates and minor layout changes

I changed some styles and updated a few things in the layout.  Still
have a ways to go.

reducing the content width

I reduced the content width of the site to 1000px rather than the 1200px
we used for University center.

I am starting slow

I have updated the style.css to show a new theme name and doing updates
to the theme as I go.

adding assets

adding needed graphics for theme.
