Mysterious condition sidebar gap fixed.

There was an inexplicable gap between the header of the sidebar
condition display boxes, and their content. This could only be
fixed by editing the line-height but that messed up everything
else in that box. Given a background color to those header images
so the blank gap is invisible.

I finally figured out how to solve the problem with the faq plugin in
small view.  I added a width of 10% and removed the width of 'auto' from
the header class container.

I made another round of changes for the Conditions action item.  I made
the date stamp blue and increased the font size of the condition to 18px.

found out I applied the changes to the wrong thing

I found out I applied the action item changes meant for the front page to
the interior page.  Big oops.

I am working on the styles for the bridge condition action item.
Increased the font size of the condition, decreased the font size of the
date, and changed the description text color to blue.

trying to make the FAQ presentable.

Doing the requested mass styling for the FAQ plugin.  I changed the header
size for the category header.

I did some styling to the FAQ plugin. I changed the width to 'auto' and
added '!important' to make sure it took effect.

adjusting details I missed

I missed some requested changes for mobile.  The Social icons are now
below the client info, the headers in the header reduce in size on small,
and I changed the background color of the off canvas to the the blue of
the header background.

I adjusted the spacing at the bottom of the content page

I adjusted a media query for the inside pages that gives a bottom padding
of 150px on small view only.

I have the bridge responsive now

The bridge image is now moving with the screen size.  I added it as an
element with absolute positon and the row container that I gave an id to
relative position.  I did some styling to it and removed the code that
made the bridge a background element.

I am still trying to make the header right according to the changes.  I
have added a new logo, moved the action items up 10px, and redid styles of
the topbar and header.

I reverted the changes I made to the front page box shadow

I had to change the box shadows back to what they were.  It looked alright
at first, but on the dev site it looked like crap.

I have done some updating to the box shadows on the front page action
items. I made it a bit bigger and I more transparent.  Not a much of an
improvement.

I lighted the box-shadow on the header.  It is a bit more transparent than
before.

header image experiment results

I've been experimenting the potenital header images to find out what the
right size ratio could be.  A 2:1 ratio would be best, but the view port
desired is too small for it to work.  Increasing the view port from 300px
to 350 would make it work best.

I adjusted the header image to have a padding bottom of 25% istead of 15%.

I changed the default header image with the original large image for now.

fixing my mistakes

I made several mistakes when fidilling with the header image code.  I
added background size cover and changed most of it back.
