Login form needed second parameter at apply_filter

Apply_filter is a function that requires 2 parameters. I added
NULL as a parameter to the function call in the member login form,
which resolves the error.

Using medium-up for the front event bottom margin

Added medium-up specifically for the front event sidebar, because
it is not needed in small.

Margin bottom on front page events added

Frontpage events display was still being hidden by the footer.
Added 120px of margin to the bottom from medium-up.

Frontpage events were using GLM Associate shortcode, but our
events plugin has not yet been implemented on this site. So I
changed it back to the Timely shortcode for now.

Fixed member detail info colors.

The style for 'maroon' had been set to 'brown' in the member
events stylesheet (?), so I switched it back to the lighter
variation. Also changed the underline for links to default to blue
and hover to white, since it looked better. Also changed the
member name to maroon instead of white.
