I think I got the slideshow problem fixed

I have set a max height set on the slideshow image with overflow hidden
and I have added a max height on the nivoSlider class as well.  It looks
good at first glance.  I'll go to the Mac to finalize my results.

We were working with wrong template.

changed the margin bottom for the activity calendar

I removed the margin bottom on the button in the sidebar that leads to the
event page.  Now it should be even on the top and bottom.

removed the min-height

I removed the min-height that was making the sidebar larger on the bottom
than the top.

found something of a solution to the problem

I have removed the data equalizer that was the source of the problem the
whole time.  I also added a min-height to the sidebar.

I found the issue I was having.  I put the padding styles in wrong.  They
are corrected now.

I made the changes on Steve's new list.  I changed the background color of
the tab bar and off canvas, added padding to the dropdown items, centered

I added some styles for the imaages that would be in the sites general

I went back and found some details with the interior pages I missed in
general.  I found I forgot the breadcrumb styles and fixed the active
class applied to dropdown items.

I have fixed the off canvas layout and the blocks of the front page.  I
still need to get one last thing in the topbar.

I got the blocks fixed with Steve's help.  Made a media query setup that
helps it work.  The front page is now responsive.

I am trying to fix the partner blocks in the footer and am still running
into issues.  I have no logical answer for why it's happening.
