The method of get_page_by_slug seems to have difficulty with child
pages, so instead we're using get_permalink with get_option for
getting the Members Only link in the footer.

Font styles were too large in some places and too small in others
due to the utilization of ingram-wide-2 in the Member area, which
requires 18px size in the body to be presentable in some places.
This rule throws off styles that are still using "Open Sans", as
18px is quite large.

Also added a statement to ensure that blocks only have a Read More
link if they are given a url.

Separated blog sections for members and non-members

Instead of using categories to separate the two blog sections we've
 decided to use a custom post type (member_post). I was able to
 reuse some of the custom post declaration that Steve put together
 for Trout Creek. The client can add member posts through an admin
 menu just below the regular posts menu, and this has its own set
 of categories that won't be visible to non-members. This also
 means Categories can be displayed again, so these are currently
 not hidden from the sidebar (but can be if still desired.)

Single posts, archives, home, and categories listings are all
 separated based on whether they are in the member section, and
 each shows a different sidebar. This sidebar has items based on
 whether or not one is in the member section. The search
 functionality also had to be separated, so that a Member search
 would not produce a regular Post result, and vice versa. The
 Search template therefore also had to be customized.

   members only section. Because the members only section has a
   different markup structure and we don't normally add blocks to it,
   some changes had to be made to the markup and the css.
- Adjusting the members only top bar to have a new "Members Home"
   link, as well as to show up not just on members-only pages but
   also on blog pages with the category "members-only". There was
   also some restructuring required to account for the Blog sidebar
   which is right-aligned (unlike the usual left-aligned members
   only bar) and which is attached to the header image preventing
   the normal placement of the top bar.
- Since the Blog pages are not "Member pages" as far as the member
   DB is concerned, it does not apply its front.css stylesheet.
   Therefore several styles had to be brought over into the theme
   stylesheet.
- Separating the blog posts based on whether they are part of the
   Members Only category. A check was needed for the members only
   top-bar which shows up only when one is on the Members Only
   category. (I still have to code this showing up when one is on a
   single blog post). A check was also needed for the sidebar; in
   the members only blog section only posts belonging to a certain
   category should be shown, while on the regular blog section only
   posts NOT belonging to that category should be shown.
- The blog category template is archive.php, which is also the
   archive template. Thus, additional code had to be added to ensure
   that archives still showed up correctly (as they are not
   categories and must be treated differently).
