Top nav image now links, remove prod enquire title

Making the featured images in the top navigation clickable as
links, like the titles. The product enquire form now no longer has
the needless "Product Enquiry" title at the top.

Using the Yoast SEO Primary Category selection in Woocommerce

The tours page now shows the name of the Primary Category as set
by yoast SEO rather than the first category Woo picks by default.

Arrows for frontpage slider made visible

Arrows for frontpage slider weren't showing up. I applied
the small-collapse rule where before there were medium and large
collapse rules only.

Carousel more responsive, show in small

- centered front blog feed images in small view on front page.
- make featured experiences box show up in small view and more
  responsive; shows 3 in medium and 1 in small, and center them.
  (also for front page)
