Removing buggy ad area below footer

When an ad is activated but not in a group, advanced ads seems to
throw it under the footer area in the form of a large blank area.
This update makes that area invisible, without affecting other ad
areas of the site.

Fix bad call to apply_filters

Needs second parameter.

Add 2nd param to contact retrieval filter

Apply_filters is used in header.php to get the logged-in contact.
This function requires a second parameter even if this parameter
is an empty string. That is exactly what's been added with this
change, to avoid errors indicating such.

I updated the header style that was causing problems

I added the class main to the fixed position style for the header.  It
shoulk not have fixed titles in the blog anymore.

Instead of dummy data the header now uses new filters to retrieve
the member name and class, and if the person logged in is not a
contact, will retrieve this data from the current WP user (which

I have made some changes for the feature images

I changed the layout of the blog feed if it has a featured image.  It
should be good now.
