I updated the blog feed

I made needed changes for the blog feed on the front page.  I have a
majority of it handled.  I still need some updated graphics and work on
the footer.

I have wrapped up the problems I have been having with the blocks and am
almost finished with the Featured Events and the blog feed.  But I have
some graphic issues that I personally can't solve.

I have got the blocks working finally, and I have moved on to the
feature events.  I have just ran into a potential problem.

I am working on the blocks to minimal success.  I am having trouble
making the duo semi transparents for the hover

I now have the header graphics I was missing for the logo and dropdown
in place.  It isn't perfect, but it is some progress.

progress, but not as much as I hope for.  The full extent of the hover
isn't working.

I am fighting with the dropdown menu

I am continuing to fight with the navigation.  A class is being applied
to all the nav items.

I got the dropdown working in a way

I have the dropdown functioning in a way.  It is close to the psd, but
it isn't practical for the other dropdown menus that are coming.  I also
need a new graphic for the dropdown.

I am fighting with the top nav.

I have the second navigation in the header placed and I did a bit of
work with the main conent styles, but the dropdown navigation is a pain
in the ass.

I copied the navigation styles and items from the menu walker to help
with the dropdown menu and did some weeding of unecessary code.

fixing fonts and adding graphic

I found a way to convert the macfonts to a set of font files I can use.
I have the Thirsty font working on IE and I have the topbar graphic I
needed for book now added.

I have some success.

I have found the Thirsty font and it is working for all the browsers
except IE.  I have begun work on the front page content area, but the
one cripple is the Thirsty font.  Top bar navigation is on hold.  I need
a graphic to continue wrapping that up.  The small secondary nav needs
to be added as well.

I have the topbar in position.

I now have the top nav in the right place.  It was a pain to do but it
was able to be done.  All the navigation items are there. I added some
css classes for the longer titles.

I am trying to put the topbar nav in the right position.  So far, I'm
failing.

I have the topbar and slideshow working.

I got the font in the assets folder working.  I still am missing one of
the key fonts for the headers.  I have the slideshow in place and the
navigation spaced out right.

Working on styles and positions.

I am working on the styles of the site and the positoning of elements.
I am currently failing.

I am working on the front

I am slowly working on the header and front page areas.  It is proving
slow.

I added the favicon and waking other things

I added the favicon for the site and uncommented the blog feed.  I also
did some edits to the blog feed.

updating assets folder

I made some changes to the layout.  The biggest change is the restarting
the assets folder.  I removed all the assets that came with the theme
and replaced them with the items in the elements folder.

I am working on the styles

I am working on the styles for the bare bones of the theme.  I am still
missing the Thirsty font.

Now I'm starting.

I am finally making some progress.  I have one of the two fonts I need.
I am also doing some styling.
