Added top-offset for member detail package zoom

Added a top-offset option for adding extra space if you zoom to a
package on member detail pages, after clicking the packages link,
just in case of a sticky header (like on this site). The value can
be set in management, like the floating search distance from top.

Removed test code; admin mgmnt featured checkbox

There was still a boolean value printed before the featured
checkbox in the admin management for member edit info page. This
has been removed.

it was being followed by an added / causing // to occur.

The text search was vulnerable to double quote marks in members names.
Now filtering those out.

Show error message if no member detail video found

If a video is not found for a member, show a "video not found"
error on the member detail section instead of just the default
blank video box

Putting this code into a branch for Laury. Video ember code transfer.

This code will transfer the embed youtube code from the descr field in
the member_info table to the video_url field and delete the iframe code
from the descr.
So far it is finding the code and parsing out the youtube embed id.

Youtu.be support for member detail videos, rather than just youtube.com links

to the wording of the titles of the search refining items.

Removed margin from asm amenity select on list
