Style part of earlier improving markup commit.

Changed some classes to IDs, some names from underscores
to hyphens, and gave some elements 100% so they wouldn't
try to wrap over each other.

Changing underscores to dashes, adding some IDs for better
css application, adding the ROW class to some so that the
footer wouldn't sneakily be taller than the content area
(even if it wasn't visible.. it was!)

Top-bar subnav items & image  will expand properly

All list items were given a nav-item class so they can
be properly refered to with CSS. Items without dropdown
also got the no-dropdown class.

Subnav of first four top-nav list items were given a
100% width so sub-sub-nav can be expanded and reached.

home.php made to suit site markup, erased filler text

index.php update from filler text, updated to site styles

Markup changed to include a shadow wrapper around

address area changed to white, appears a part of
content. Removed area between it and the actual
footer. Widened site to 1440 pix, narrowed header
