Remove develop setting for search

trying to get search to show up on devlopment server but it seems that
the search engine is not setup correctly.

fixed links to superfish files in header, and disbaled arrows in the js call

Add all sub levels for main navigation

Adding all the sub levels for main nav.
First level used is controlled by the define for MAIN_LEVEL_NAV_ARRAY
in setup.phtml.
