I'm still trying to fix this IE error the the before psuedo css

I did the email portion task and I think I got our underline on the before
element handled.

resized the social icon areas to show trying to add position correctly.

Apply_filter is a function that requires 2 parameters. I added
NULL as a parameter to the function call in the member login form,
