a bit of sturcture progress

I made some progress in the front page layout and some styles for the
header fonts.  It has a way to go, unfortanatly.

trying to add all I need in settings.scss

I think I added all the style details I can add into settings.scss file.
Moving on to the next mess.

Adding the graphics and some needed styles

I added everything form the elemnents folder on aserv and added some the
color code and font families needed for the theme.
