editing styles and layout for the front

I changed some styles for copyright area and some areas on the front page.

Slowly wrapping up the front page.

I am almost finished the the layout and look of the front page.

I am working on the layout and the styles of the site.  I have the header
and navigation mostly handled.  I have the slideshow in place, as well as
some place holder blocks.  The sidebar needs work.

I am trying to make progress

I am working on the header and navigation.  I admit, I mildly messed up
doing mass weeding of Emmet County stuff.

More weeding

I missed some emmetcounty stuff.  Weeded it out and I added some default
styles.

I weeded out more of the Emmet County leftover code.  It's going to be
long task at this rate.

I altered the theme a bit more.

I went through and did more edits to the theme.  I took out some
parts/styles and added some to replace what I took out.

I updated the styles.css

I changed the theme information in the styles.css to reflect it's for
Crawford County.

Adding and removing styles

I added and removed some styles that were needed for Emmet County.  I have
more work to do.

I removed a chunk of the emmet county items

I took out some of the emmet county code.  The parts I took out were emmet
specific codes such as links and hotfix cache breaks.

assets update

I removed the graphic elements form the clone process and added the new
graphics from the client folder.
