Added a blog icon to the social lists. Added youtube link to the
existing youtube social icon.

Adjusted featured images for member detail pages so that if the
image data it receives from member db filter is empty, it does not
try to display an empty image, but shows the default image instead.

Add margin bottom to no-featured class

Removed featured image from member detail which was just meant for meetings michigan

Fix on previous commit

Member detail pages now show featured images again

glm_get_header was echoing the array size whenever the image data
returned from glm_get_header was an array instead of an image. This
resulted in the featured image for certain members to have that
number as the source, and for no image to be shown.

Adding test data to find out why member detail pages aren't showing featured images (even the default) on dev55

Member title changed from h4 to h5 on list and detail

Add some line breaks to long-title top-nav items

Unsticky header, disable third level nav, blog styles

Header made unsticky because it takes up too much space on mobile
and results in white over white. Disabled third level navigation
since it is not possible to style in this topbar. Blog needed
more styles. Search needed the category removed because the link
broke.
