Commented out shortcode override function

This function was causing the shortcode to be overridden in the
sidebar. The function itself is deprecated and has now been
disabled.

Webcam links on member list fixed

The webcam links were not properly sending people to the image
(if a url was selected) or the member page (if image was selected)
It will now also check whether a link has http prefix and add it
if not.

When the given page is a child of Members Only, even if the
glm-members-only-template.php is not the selected template, then
apply the Member DB front styles.

Member detail view stripped of left/right class

The 'left' and 'right' class added styling through foundation
which was no longer necessary or desired. This is now replaced by
actual css and our new glm-grid styles.

Helper functions for themes added

One can now get_member_name and is_member from the theme. These
functions are self-explanatory.

GLM-grid coding, not yet implemented

These are the styles for our new glm-grid, intended to make us
independent from Foundation, but still giving us the ability to
use equivalent functionality on our view files.

Added top-margin to the live Cam section's description field on
the member detail pages. Just like the video description margin.

Added live cam code, admin & view

Live cam fields have been added to the database and all that
entails. Plugin version numbers updated accordingly. Member detail
front view, and admin management view, and admin member view, all
updated to reflect new possible changes.

Disabled "stream" because we're just going with images for now.

Fixing the sublink separator on grid view

The | character was being included in the hover underline on the
front grid view. With different css, this should not happen.

member detail phone replace recognises spaces

The code to replace phone number separation characters on the
member detail front previously replaced all spaces with the set
delimiter as well. Now it's smarter!

- Trimmed the spaces from phone numbers on the front views using
jQuery.
- Replaced the phone number separation character with whatever is
setin the admin side management.

MembList Filler Images Stop Showing When Told To

On the member list, filler images were still in the background
even if there was an image to display. This was so that they could
ensure a uniform size. Styles are now changed so that this is no
longer necessary.

Phone infix and default state added in mgmt

- Phone separator character can now be customised in admin
management.
- Default state selection can now be set in the admin side.

Testing fix for 404s on detail pages

Cleaned up parentheses in require and include statements.
* Fixed member search on members dashboard page. Checked for other similar issues.
* Removed old form content from member edit template. No longer used.
* Comented out editing of credit cards and front-end display of credit cards. Management fields related to credit cards still remain.
* Added ability to set a minimum value for the top of the Y axis on graphs.
* Set a minimum Y axis top for bandwidth a click-through/detail views graphs.
* Removed mouseover effects for images in the member info edit page. Could not get I.E. to behave with this.
