Better alternative to check for member type Simple

The previous method would set the setting to false for all members
resulting in all the links to malfunction. Instead the member type
is checked at every instance of where list_show_detail_link is
checked, which is more work/code but a lot more reliable.

Removed 'more' link when member on list is Simple type

Instead of adding conditionals to the check for showing member
detail links on the member list page, I'm just changing the
list_show_detail_link setting to false as soon as the viewfile
notices that "Simple" is the member type - this ensures any other
attempt to link to the member detail page is halted.

make use of the terms in Settings.

These elements were covering each other due to unnecessary column
classes adding styles allowing them to invisibly overlap and become
no longer interactible on iPhone.
