Glm associate list pages now have a parameter added to their link
to detail pages, 'entity_template', which index.php will detect

Overhauled the way the entity template retrieval

- The way of retrieving the right entity template is significantly
simplified (and vastly improved) and now get_entity_template() is
used as well as is_entity_landing_page(). As a result straggler
pages (without a designated entity parent) are easily given the
'default' template.
- The sidebar has been fixed and should show up (or not) as
expected, on no-sidebar templates and GLM Associate required pages
alike.
- The navigation lib file has been fixed, allowing for proper
sidemenu items even on pages without an entity parent.

I added event styles to the entities file.  It should be more or less
wrapped up.  But there are some things that pose a problem.

I found out the class names of in the entities file were wrong.  I went

I relocated the import of the entities to take effect after everything
else.  And I moved the styles from the slideshow that applied to them
into it as well.

I styled the breadcrumbs and added and empty div container to serve as a
second header area.  The idea of each template is to be different with
the navigation and appearance, it should be useful.  Not a conventional
idea, but I can't think of a conventional method of how to make the
navigations different along with templates the way the others did it.

I added an updated screenshot of the theme and I made some to the theme
for the default header image and I slowly working on the interior page

I don't know quite how they did the original template calls for Harbor
Country.  The template code is commented out.  Some work for the header

I have finished the last items for the physical layout for large view.

I have finished up the frame of the large view and added some sample
content from the psd.  I still need to finish up the hardcoding of the
footer conent and have the blocks display properly for the front page.

I have a skeleton of the front page made.  I need to add the hardcoded
content and style it.  I also need to finish up the bits of the front

I have furthered progress on the front page.  I have added some content
