Update for getting event with a limit setting.

When limit is set the event query wasn't including the date range.
With the date range set it is now getting the correct events for that
range of dates if a limit is set in the shortcode attribute.

Remove blank from data class.

This is being added to the view with value of 0 which causes two blank
options.

Moving the require fields for Michgigan.org so they only effect members.

Admin still should be able to edit event without the newly required
fields.

When an address doesn't return a location, now also trying without the city name.

Nominatim dosn't check the "preferred" city name from the US ZIP database,
but can often find the address without the city name.

Bring the location (city) part out of the recurrences loop. Don't need
it repeating for each event schedule. Reformat the file so each section
is lined up correctly and remove the unneeded javascript type in script
tag. Not needed in html5.

Update the agenda view to use the one created for visitalpena.
Adding new management options for setting the colors for the agenda
view. This allows the colors to be set without updating the theme.
The old agenda view is saved as agenda_old.html so it can be setup as
the template attribute in the shortcode to keep that template.
