Centering logo in mobile

I added the text-center class to the logo container.

I did some more changes to the header area

I added some padding to the phrase to have it be more centered and I
added some padding to the top of the drop down menu.  I also changed the
active class for the drop down to have a different color text and same
background.

I did some changes for the phone number

I tried to help keep the phone number in the header from being cut off,
but since it's one long piece of text there isn't much I can do other
than make the container it's in slightly larger.

I added a link to the contact us page

In the client info area of the footer, I added and anchor tag that links
to the 'Contact Us' page.  I don't know if there is a form or an email
to send it to.

I made some changes to the header and sidebar

I added a menu option to the sidebar and I took 'Home' and the commas
out of the header text.

I updated the screenshot for the theme

Almost forgot the footer re-arrangement.

I forgot to make the change with the footer earlier.  I just made the
change now.

I made more requested changes

I made the drop down a two column, changed the text of the blocks, and
added the box shadow to the footer while also seperating the shadow
containing the content seperate.

I updated parts of the theme that Jodie asked to be altered.  I think it
may be good, but Jodie has final say.

styled the off canvas a bit

I did a last bit of styling to the off canvas to help the menu a little
bit.

added the phone number

I added the phone number to the header and placed it to appear before
the contact anchor.

I think I wrapped up the footer

I have done the footer changes in both css and layout html.

I added a slideshow

I added the slideshow back and I got the topbar working correctly, I
think.
