Archive page. Fix home, index pages. Search fix.

Sidebar blog search was incorrectly looking for search-type
in functions.php, but it needed searchType. Whitespace taken
out of the header.php. Archive php file has the proper markup
now, taken from home.php and adjusted. Title indicating it
will now show up if one is dealing with an archive or
category. Connections some small stylistic change to help it
fit in small width.
