FP title overflow fixed, action item spacing

- Frontpage header title was covering the bottom of the slideshow on
  very wide display ports due to missing header styles.
- Slideshow image was expanding beyond max-height bounds due to
  missing overflow styles.
- Reduced spacing between action items by the footer, which was
  excessive after removing the social icons
