Code for blocks, landing pages, 2-column dropdowns

- Colors replaced
- Off-canvas put together
- Code/style for blocks added
- Code/style for landing pages added, landing page template added
- Featured images now like Discover Kalamazoo
- Interior page now uses proper template files as needed
- Dropdown now gets 2 columns applied if there are >4 child elements
