Footer svg removed, map now single cities, blocks css

Footer svg removed, map now single cities, blocks css

Front page SVG map has been changed to only have 1 city highlight
instead of city-pairs.

Footer has had the SVG removed and all the items within it adjusted
accordingly. Weather positioning changed, pure michigan logo to the
right, responsiveness changes.

Blocks are now much more mobile-friendly having been given a max-
width and a bottom margin in small.
