Header img padding, font reduction, off-canvas color

- Added padding for header in small view
- font size in the top nav items changes at 1071
 instead of 1041 to account for the scrollbar taking
 some width
- frontpage events display details span reduced font
 to help the MORE button fit
- right off-canvas menu background color now the
 same as the left off-canvas.
