Larger sidebar board, text & margins changed. Typos.

- There were some small typos like "event" instead of "events" on
the frontpage.
- COmmented out the featured and gift shop widget areas on the left
sidebar.
- Adjusted the media queries for the board in the sidebar so that
the text within is readable and adjusts responsively.
