trying to make everything match, and failing

trying to make everything match, and failing

I am trying to make everything on the front page match the psd, and I'm
failing at it.  My dividers are too big, too much space between the
copyright and footer content, the trip advisor widget is too big, and the
top line with the big social icons and the contact link don't line up with
the psd, to name some of the issues.
