Setting up glm-client-info plugin

Now the theme will use the glm-client-info plugin to pull the name and
address data out.
Can be setup in the partial files in parts directory
root/footer.php diff | blob | history
root/functions.php diff | blob | history
root/parts/client-info-footer.php [new file with mode: 0644] blob
root/parts/client-info-offcanvas.php [new file with mode: 0644] blob
root/parts/off-canvas-menu.php diff | blob | history
