fixing the issue with the nav

The dropdown nav issue is caused by the margin bottom of the social icons.
I had them in a different position before.  Than I was told to move them
and the margin bottom pushed the nav down just enough to push th dropdown
menu.  I reduced the margin bottom just enough to resolve the problem.  It
should be fine now.
