Toplinks, header margin, FP blocks, cleanup, page vars

- align toplinks right
- remove slideshow margin and replace with header margin
- add headermargin vars, fix header margin for all page types
- add page ID variables for block parents
- clarified existing page ID variable
- main FP and owners FP now get different blocks
- map image now only visible on main FP
