Review changes fixed; blocks, footer

- Footer - remove the fax number and replace with the Contact Us
  Link
- Make the Members Only link bold
- Nav hover/selected should not extend below the header
- "MICHIGAN GROUP TOUR DESTINATIONS" should be edited to be much
  shorter
- The two smaller Home page blocks are cutting of the titles and
  content
- I would recommend making the header solid rather than
  transparent once it becomes sticky
- There is a 2 to 3 pixel gap between the dropdown nav and the
  header that shouldn't be there.
