I missed the header-meta partial when I grabed the sections folder and the
updated index.php.

added the changes made for capstone

We found out the hard way that having everything in a single index file is
not as convinent as we thought.  Laury broke it down into managable
sections and I added them to the glmTheme.  Not much difference than the
way we had it before I think.

separating the custom fields and post thumbnails theme support in function.php

commenting test code

fixed syntax error in previously pushed code

added custom template creation to functions php, and removed test javascript

updated gulp.js

changed style: 'compressed' to outputStyle: 'compressed'

updating glmThemeV6

I took some code I have place in the Camp Petosega Rebuild with Foundation
6 and placed them into the glmTheme. The files with the most general
changes in the Petosega Rebuild have been altered in the glmThemeV6.
Things should go a bit smoother with the next project.
