updating off canvas js

I am adding some changes made for a clone of this theme needed to make
the off canvas arrows work again.

took out old Ste Marie specific code I missed

the blocks and I also commented out a bunch of styles.

I went back and began to remove some things that I missed on the first
time around.  I don't know how I missed them.

I tried to make the theme as generic as possible, but I feel There are
some things that I needed to keep some elements in.  Some of the colors
are not work with the background colors.

Login form needed second parameter at apply_filter

Apply_filter is a function that requires 2 parameters. I added
NULL as a parameter to the function call in the member login form,
which resolves the error.

I had added an extra Members Only link, not having noticed the
Members Area link already there, which linked directly to the
admin side. The members only link is now removed and the members
area link now links to the members only page rather than the
admin side. :)

Fixed site-search on header.php

Apparently this site didn't use the search part file for the
header search. Changed header.php to use the new functionality as
well.

Added opensearch functionality to header search

Search.php changed to send its form to site-search, and to have
as input a name of 'query' rather than 's'.

Do the event width of 90% only on the list page.

On the Event Detail page do 100%.
