Subject: [PATCH] Updates for the blog section

Update the blog home.php so it has the featured image below the title.
Otherwise it is looking very squashed.
Update the menu for the sidebar so when you're in the blog section it
holds the who are we menu.
Fixing the blogs recent area so drafts don't show.
